At this time, after few months as an aspiring polyglot, I noticed a curious problem.
In my opinion, hyperpolyglots focused too much on learning languages.
Yeah, I know that sounds strange.
But I'll make it more precise.
They focus too much on learning languages but they don't emphasize too much on how to learn languages.
To put it bluntly, there was no rock solid universal method.
There were methods.
But there was no absolute method.
The ultimate method would be the one that enables ANY person, learning ANY number of languages wanted.
Whether 1 language, 2 languages, 5 languages, 10, 15, 20, or more.
For the moment, the only method being applied was using anything that might work while accepting a certain amount of wasted efforts.
If someone accepts that for themselves, that's perfectly fine.
Everybody is free to do whatever they want.
But it raises a problem when it comes to a community-wide approach.
We still lack a formalized method for learning as many languages as desired.
And the higher is the number of languages, the bigger the risk of ressource waste is.
The moment I realized that, I felt myself the duty to try to find something.
But there was a bigger problem than the method.
It was fitting language learning inside one's life.
Languages are expensive in terms of ressources.
Especially, if you learn more than 10 languages.
It requires time, energy, a bit of money.
But as normal human being, we also have a daily life, most people have a job.
How can we make everything works ?
How can you have a successful life and thrive in language learning ?
The challenge now was more about life optimization.
And of course, I was young, broke, full of dream.
So, my question was, how would I make money ?
I'll go deeper than that.
How do we make money ?
How do we get this financial freedom ?
You know, the one where I could just have all the time for me to learn any languages I want.
That's the ultime luxury.
That's somehow a very selfish goal but I was wondering how could anyone learn how to optimize every aspect in life to pursue language learning.
This is all the questions I started to ask myself when I was younger.
It's been more than 13 years now.
Since then, I have been thinking every day.
Every single day.
Honestly, I wouldn't have thought I would learn that much during my journey.
And now my goal is to share my knowledge and experience.
